Return and Refund Policy

At Eatcarver, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Return & Refund

  1. Eligibility: You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery date.
  2. Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@eatcarver.com or our contact page to obtain a return authorization.
    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
    • Please ensure that your return package is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Refunds:
    • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed in 24 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:
      • Credit Card: Up to 10 business days.
      • Paypal: 24 hours.

Case 1: Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with:

  1. Provide details of the issue along with any supporting evidence such as photos.
  2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and issue a return authorization if necessary.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the issue.
  4. If the item is deemed faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer you the option of a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds for faulty, damaged, or wrong items will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item.

Case 2: Customer Change of Mind

If you have a change of mind about your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team via support@eatcarver.com to request a return authorization.

  • Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If the item is in satisfactory condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.
  • Refunds for change of mind returns will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fee in this case.

Case 3: Cancellation After Ordering

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team in 3 days via support@eatcarver.com.

  • If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • If your order has already been processed for shipment, you may still cancel it, but you may be responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3 days of the cancellation request.

Case 4: Item Never Arrived

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

  • We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
  • If the package cannot be located or is deemed lost, we will offer you the option of a replacement or a full refund.
  • Refunds for lost packages will be processed within 3 days of confirming the package as lost.
