At Eatcarver, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Here’s how our return and refund process works:

How to Return an Item

  • Return Condition: Contact our customer support within 120 days of the delivery date to start the return process. We might ask for photos or more details to understand the issue.
  • Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval.
  • Refund Amount: You’ll get a full refund for the returned items, including any shipping charges.
  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our mistake, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label, so you won’t pay for return shipping. Otherwise, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.

Special Cases for Returns

  • Damaged Products: If your product is damaged, contact us within 120 days of the delivery date. We’ll handle the return and cover the return shipping costs.
  • Faulty Items: If the item is faulty, let us know within 120 days of the delivery date. We’ll guide you through the return process and cover the shipping costs.
  • Wrong Items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 120 days of the delivery date. We’ll handle the return and cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you can return the item within 120 days of the delivery date if it’s in its original condition and packaging. You’ll be refunded to your original payment method, but you’ll need to pay for return shipping.
  • Order Never Arrived: If your order doesn’t arrive on time, contact us. We’ll follow the return process and you won’t have to pay for return shipping.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, contact us within 120 days of the delivery date. We’ll help you with the exchange based on availability. You’ll need to return the original item (unused and in its original packaging), and we’ll send out the new item. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven’t been shipped yet. If the order is already shipped, it can’t be canceled. For unshipped orders, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Timing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method – your PayPal within 24 hours
